Silvia is an experienced matchmaker of tenants, homes and their owners. A career property manager with more than 15 years experience, Silvia still lights up when talking about a grand home's new lease of life with a young family or newlyweds recently placed in their first rental apartment.
Silvia draws on an extensive network to take property management that one step further. Homes are frequently tenanted before they hit the market. Even in the tightly held Inner North Western area, Silvia's reputation for conscientious service and communication is evidenced by a steadily growing portfolio. Silvia is the Senior Property Manager and Business Development Manager for our office and a Certified Estate Agent.
Starting her career in Keilor Road Niddrie, and managing residential rental property in many areas since, Silvia has been an Essendon resident all her life. She also invests heavily in her own professional development, attending seminars and conferences locally and further afield.
Outside the office, Silvia enjoys spending time with her husband, Eros, son Marcus and Daisy the Maltese Terrier X.
